Scar Repair Forté + Anti-Stretch Complex
Advanced scar & stretch-mark support serum
A scar is your skin's response to injury.
Whenever the skin is damaged deeply enough to affect the dermis, whether through surgery, trauma, burns or other injury, the body begins a complex healing process. Collagen is produced to repair the area, and the resulting scar gradually changes in colour, texture, thickness and flexibility as it matures.
How a scar heals matters.
Scar Repair Forté is a concentrated treatment serum formulated to support the skin during this healing and maturation process. It combines skin-repairing botanicals, peptides, antioxidants and conditioning ingredients to help improve the appearance of developing scars and early stretch marks.
The goal is not to "erase" a scar.
The goal is to help the scar become flatter, softer, calmer and less noticeable as it matures.
Why early scar care matters
A new scar is biologically active. During the early stages of healing, collagen is being produced and remodelled as the body repairs the damaged tissue.
Some scars mature beautifully on their own. Others may become:
-
Raised
-
Thickened
-
Red or purple
-
Itchy
-
Tight
-
Painful
-
More noticeable than expected
Early, appropriate scar care can help support the maturation process and minimise factors that may contribute to an undesirable appearance.
This is why we encourage clients to start appropriate scar care as soon as the wound has closed and their healthcare professional has confirmed that it is ready for topical care.

The science behind the formula
Centella Asiatica
One of the key botanical ingredients in the formulation.
Centella asiatica has been widely studied in relation to wound healing and skin repair. It provides anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and is included to support healthy collagen organisation during the healing process.
Nano-Centella Asiatica
A nano-encapsulated form designed to enhance delivery of Centella-related actives into the skin.
It contributes to the formulation's wound-supportive, antioxidant and skin-conditioning approach.
Centelastin™
A specialised peptide technology designed to support elastin and healthy collagen processes while providing antioxidant and anti-glycation benefits.
This is particularly relevant when supporting skin that has been stretched or structurally damaged.
Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5
A peptide included to support collagen-related processes and the appearance of firmer, thicker and more resilient skin.
It also contributes to the formulation's anti-stretch-mark approach.
Yeast Beta Glucan
A skin-supportive ingredient associated with wound healing and immune-response processes. It contributes to the formulation's protective and regenerative approach.
Masterwort & Horsetail Extracts
Botanical extracts selected for their soothing, antioxidant and skin-conditioning properties, supporting the appearance of healthier and more resilient scar tissue.
Carob Seed Extract
Helps nourish and condition the skin while supporting the skin's natural repair processes.
Saccharide Isomerate
A powerful humectant that helps attract and retain moisture while supporting a smoother, softer skin surface.
Marrubium Vulgare
A botanical ingredient included specifically for its anti-stretch and skin-protective properties.
Scar Repair + Stretch Mark Support
Scar Repair Forté also contains ingredients selected to support early stretch marks.
Stretch marks, medically known as striae, are a type of dermal scar that can develop when the skin is stretched rapidly. They commonly appear during periods of significant changes in body size, but susceptibility varies considerably between individuals.
Early stretch marks can appear pink, red, purple or darker than the surrounding skin before gradually becoming lighter and more established.
The earlier they are addressed, the more opportunity there may be to improve their appearance.
Can it remove stretch marks?
No skincare product can guarantee complete removal of stretch marks.
Once stretch marks have formed, they represent structural changes within the dermis. However, appropriate skincare can help improve their appearance, texture, hydration and overall visibility, particularly when addressed early.
The supplier recommends allowing approximately 2–3 months to assess improvement, although individual results vary.
What about older scars?
Not every old scar requires the same approach.
A flat, pale and mature scar has already completed much of its maturation process, so topical products may have limited ability to significantly change its structure.
A scar that remains raised, pink, purple, itchy or painful may still be biologically active and should be professionally assessed.
This is particularly important when distinguishing between hypertrophic scars and keloid scars.
Do not attempt to self-treat a significant raised or keloid scar without professional assessment.
NEW SCARS — professional scar-care approach
Once sutures have been removed and the wound has fully closed, scar care can be introduced according to the advice of your surgeon or healthcare professional.
The supplier recommends Scar Repair Forté either alone or over microporous paper tape as part of a scar-management programme.
When using tape:
-
The scar should be clean and dry.
-
Tape should not be applied over an open or infected wound.
-
The tape should support the scar without creating unnecessary irritation.
-
Scar Repair Forté is applied sparingly over the centre of the tape.
-
The tape should not be repeatedly removed and reapplied every day, as this can irritate healing skin.
Scar care should always take into account the location of the scar, movement, tension on the skin and the individual's healing response.
BURNS & RECENT SURGERY
Burns and surgical wounds require appropriate medical management first.
Scar Repair Forté should only be introduced once the wound is sufficiently healed and your doctor or healthcare professional has confirmed that topical scar care is appropriate.
Do not apply cosmetic products to an open, infected or actively healing wound unless specifically instructed by a healthcare professional.
LESÈ SKIN LAB recommendation
We don't believe in promising clients that a scar can simply disappear.
We believe in supporting the biology of healing and giving the skin the best possible environment to mature well.
Scar management is a process.
The earlier appropriate care begins, the more opportunity there may be to influence the appearance of a developing scar, but genetics, wound depth, location, skin type, tension, inflammation and individual healing responses all play a role.
And importantly:
More product does not mean better healing.
Consistent, gentle care is far more important than aggressively rubbing, exfoliating or irritating a healing scar.
Who is it for?
Scar Repair Forté may be appropriate for clients needing support for:
-
New surgical scars
-
Trauma-related scars
-
Immature scars
-
Raised or thickened scars requiring professional assessment
-
Red or purple developing scars
-
Stretch marks in their earlier stages
-
Skin that has been damaged and requires supportive care during maturation
How to use
Scar Repair Forté may be applied alone or over microporous paper tape, according to your personalised scar-care programme.
For a new scar, use only once the wound has closed and your healthcare professional has confirmed that topical scar care is appropriate.
Massage gently as directed by the manufacturer
For older or raised scars, professional assessment is recommended before beginning an intensive scar-management programme.
Important
Scar Repair Forté is a cosmetic scar-support product, not a substitute for medical treatment.
If a scar is increasingly painful, hot, swollen, infected, rapidly enlarging or significantly raised, seek medical assessment.
Keloids and hypertrophic scars can require medical management, and some scars may benefit from treatments such as silicone therapy, steroid treatment, laser therapy or surgical management depending on their characteristics.
Scar Repair Forté forms part of the RégimA ZONE professional skincare system and should not be mixed with unrelated professional skincare ranges without guidance.
Your scar tells the story of what your skin has survived. Our goal is not to erase that story, but to help your skin heal as beautifully and healthily as possible.
Product ingredient functions and manufacturer-reported benefits are based on supplied product information. Individual scar and stretch-mark outcomes vary significantly depending on the age, depth, location and type of scar, as well as individual healing characteristics.
